Connect Stripe (get paid)

Stripe Connect lets you accept customer payments and receive payouts for storefront sales.

How it works

• Customers pay through Stripe checkout.
• Payouts go to your connected Stripe account.
• You handle customer billing questions, refunds, and chargebacks.

Connect Stripe

1. Open Portal -> Settings.
2. Click Connect Stripe.
3. Complete Stripe onboarding.

Your status should show connected with no Action required banner.

Common issues

Action required/account incomplete

Stripe may need extra business or verification details.

• Re-open the Stripe onboarding flow from the portal.
• Complete all outstanding steps.

Checkout is blocked

Checkout may be blocked if:

• Stripe is not connected
• Credits are 0
• Store status is not active

Refunds and disputes

For customer purchases, you are responsible for:

• Approving and issuing refunds
• Managing chargebacks/disputes
• Responding to billing support requests
