Create packages

Packages are the products customers see and buy on your storefront.

What to include in a package

A strong package is clear in a few seconds:

• Name
• Short description
• Metrics included in the package
• Price and currency

Create a package

1. Open Portal -> Packages.
2. Click Create package.
3. Fill in package details.
4. Select one or more metrics.
5. Set pricing and save.
6. Publish when ready.

Required for checkout

To be purchasable:

• Package must be active/published.
• Package must include at least one metric.
• Package must have a valid price and currency.

If customers see "not available for purchase yet," check these settings first.

Recommended package tiers

Start with 2-3 tiers:

• Starter
• Standard (most popular)
• Premium
