Getting started

Welcome to Pandora.ly. This guide takes you from a new reseller account to a live storefront with shareable links and purchasable packages.

What you need

  • A business email for your reseller account
  • A store name and support email (shown to customers)
  • A logo (optional, but recommended)
  • A Stripe account (or be ready to create one)

Step 1 - Create your store

  1. Open the Apply/Create Store page.
  2. Choose your .pandora.ly subdomain (example: acme.pandora.ly).
  3. Submit your reseller details.

After activation, you can access the reseller portal.

Step 2 - Add branding basics

In the reseller portal, set:

  • Store display name
  • Support email
  • Logo

Step 3 - Connect Stripe

  1. Open Portal -> Settings.
  2. Click Connect Stripe.
  3. Complete any Action required steps in Stripe until your status is connected.

Step 4 - Buy credits

  1. Open Portal -> Credits.
  2. Buy a credit pack.
  3. Keep your balance above 0 so checkout stays enabled.

Step 5 - Create packages

  1. Open Portal -> Packages.
  2. Create a package with:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Metrics included in the package
    • Price and currency
  3. Publish the package when ready.

Step 6 - Share your storefront

Your storefront URL: https://{your-subdomain}.pandora.ly

Share it on your website, social channels, or direct messages.

Important notes

  • Customers pay you at checkout through Stripe, and payouts go to your connected Stripe account.
  • Storefront links are currently provided as .pandora.ly subdomains.
